Our studio is filled with incredibly talented and passionate artists that are determined to change the way animation is produced and treated in the industry. Our latest IP; Digital Circus, has amassed over 300 million views on the pilot alone and we have a lot more still to come.

Job Information:

Glitch Productions is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide executive-level administrative, personal, and office support. Based onsite, this role will be instrumental in optimising the CEO’s time, managing both business and personal administration, and overseeing key office management responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to an engaging environment to streamline operations and ensure seamless daily coordination.

Your duties will include:​

  • Providing comprehensive support as the primary liaison between the CEO and all stakeholders.

  • Managing the CEO’s personal and professional calendars, scheduling, appointments, meetings, and travel, ensuring seamless coordination.

  • Overseeing office operations, including procurement and organisation of supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of team events, off-site activities, and company functions.

  • Preparing, reviewing, and distributing correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

  • Liaising with vendors, building management, mail services, and other external partners to ensure seamless office operations.

  • Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.

  • Supporting office projects through research, coordination, and follow-ups to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

  • Supporting ad hoc projects that contribute to the CEO’s efficiency and overall business operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, personal assistant or office management role.

  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and familiarity with project-driven environments.

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, demonstrating the ability to anticipate needs and independently resolve issues.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across teams and external partners.

  • Ability to work onsite and be flexible to support the CEO’s changing priorities.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management and time management skills.

  • An understanding or experience with the arts, animation, gaming, and/or ‘internet nerd’ culture.
